Bioshock Infinite - Animation Director

As Animation Director on Bioshock Infinite and Burial at Sea 1 & 2, I built, led and creatively managed the animation team, from early R&D to final polish and bug fixing. I directed the mocap for Elizabeth's scenes as well as managing the cinematics team.

Early in Bioshock Infinite's development I was the Lead Artist. I was responsible for growing and managing both the art and animation teams. I worked closely with producers in prioritizing tasks and scheduling critiques as well as working closely with the creative director in establishing aesthetic, animation and cinematic goals.
